1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WebMonitoringPro.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service
WebMonitoringPro.com is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for website uptime, performance, and security monitoring. The Service provides automated checks including availability monitoring, response time measurement, SSL certificate monitoring, incident detection, and alert notifications.
The Service is offered in two plans:
- Free — 1 website, email notifications, basic monitoring
- Pro — unlimited websites, Slack/Discord webhooks, content monitoring, priority support
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register using an email address and password or an OAuth provider (Google, GitHub). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Free plan: $0/month — 1 website
- Pro monthly: $9/month
- Pro annual: $97/year
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Monitor websites or systems that you do not own or have explicit authorization to monitor
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of monitoring results, continuous availability of the Service, or that the Service will be error-free. We do not provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Provider. You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service (such as your monitored URLs and notification settings). You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide the Service to you.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.
