  • Monitored URLs — the website addresses you add to the Service
  • Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe; we do not store card numbers or full payment details
  • Technical data — Supabase authentication session cookies required for login

2. How We Use Information

  • Delivering and operating the monitoring service
  • Processing billing and managing your subscription
  • Sending service-related communications (alerts, status updates, account notices)
  • Improving the security and reliability of the Service

3. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contractual necessity — processing required to provide the Service you signed up for
  • Legitimate interest — ensuring the security, integrity, and improvement of the Service

4. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — database and authentication (US region for the US deployment)
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — application hosting and edge network

Each of these sub-processors has their own privacy practices. We have Data Processing Agreements in place with each provider where required.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Monitoring check history is automatically purged after 30 days on a rolling basis.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Data portability — request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest

7. CCPA Disclosure (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The following categories of personal information are collected:

  • Identifiers (email address)
  • Internet or other electronic network activity (monitored URLs, session data)
  • Commercial information (subscription and billing records)

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

9. Security

We protect your data using industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, Row Level Security (RLS) at the database layer, strict access controls, and regular security updates. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we are committed to protecting your information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
